The 24″ × 72″ Natural Mineral Tank provides substantial treatment-media capacity and installation flexibility for commercial and industrial water-softening, filtration, ion-exchange, and pretreatment systems. Its 24-inch-diameter configuration creates a large media-bed area for applications requiring greater treatment capacity and service flow than smaller mineral tanks.

Separate 4-inch top and bottom openings provide flexible access for compatible valves, tank adapters, riser tubes, distributor assemblies, drains, and custom flow configurations. The exact thread standard must be verified before selecting adapters or internal components.

A raised tripod base supports the vessel while providing access beneath the tank for the lower connection. The base must be installed on an appropriate structural surface and secured according to the manufacturer’s anchoring and installation requirements.

Composite FRP construction provides corrosion resistance and structural strength without the rust concerns associated with steel vessels. The natural exterior offers a clean, professional appearance for commercial equipment rooms, filtration skids, OEM systems, and industrial pretreatment installations.

Depending on the treatment process and required freeboard, a 24×72 vessel may be configured with approximately 8 to 10 cubic feet of compatible treatment media. Final loading depends on media type, density, gravel underbed, bed depth, expansion rate, distributor displacement, and backwash requirements.
