The UC Union Connector is a high-performance push-to-connect fitting designed to join two sections of tubing quickly, securely, and without tools. Engineered for water treatment, reverse osmosis, deionization, beverage dispensing, laboratory, pneumatic, and industrial fluid handling applications, the UC Union Connector provides a dependable, leak-resistant connection while simplifying installation and maintenance.

Manufactured from premium engineering-grade polymer, the Union Connector offers excellent resistance to corrosion, scale buildup, and chemicals commonly found in water purification and industrial processing systems. Its push-to-connect design allows tubing to be inserted and removed easily, reducing installation time while ensuring a reliable seal.

Ideal for OEM equipment manufacturers, water treatment professionals, service technicians, and system integrators, the UC Union Connector is designed to extend tubing runs, repair damaged tubing sections, and create secure inline connections in demanding applications.

Technical Specification

The PI Range of inch-size push-in fittings is offered for tube sizes 5/32″ O.D. to 1/2″ O.D. The fittings are manufactured in gray acetal copolymer with food-grade nitrile O-ring, making them especially suitable for applications involving foodstuffs and potable liquids. They are also suitable for air and inert gases and can therefore be used in CO2 lines, pneumatic applications, and vacuum.
